When your balloon deflates simply snip and tuck the ribbon inside the box and use as a floral display. We can’t guarantee a time the balloons will last, however some customers have reported a perfectly intact balloon weeks later

**IMPORTANT MESSAGE** - If you are ordering a multiple items from us, please note that due to covid we are permanently working from separate addresses. A dual collection is likely to happen if you are ordering a hat box with a matching item, or adding a hat box on to your tower/helium/lockdown order. There is a chance your order may need to be collected from both our Eden bases in SA5 AND SA7. The addresses are just a 7 minute drive from each other. We do endeavour to arrange your collection from one base and this is more likely to happen the more notice we have.
